You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For the return to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with its plastic wrapping and tags intact.

• It must include all original accessories and components.

• If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you can also request an exchange or refund.

• No more than 15 days must have passed since receiving the order.
