2. Prepare the package. The products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, both the wrapping and the seal with which they arrived. Don't forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.

3. The after-sales department will tell you the steps to follow and, if necessary, provide the collection label.

4. Once the after-sales area confirms receipt of the product, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and from that moment on the refund of the money will be managed within an approximate period of 14 days (This will depend on the payment method managed by the client) .

If it is a product exchange, you must pay the corresponding amount for shipping costs and return costs.
